This Privacy Policy explains how Steve Germain Automotive collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit stevegermainautomotive.com, request a quote, subscribe to email, file a claim-related inquiry, or otherwise communicate with us. We wrote it in plain language so you can decide what to send through our forms.
This policy applies to the public website and client-side forms hosted with it. It does not cover independent repair shops, payment processors you may later use, or third-party sites linked from ours. Those organizations have their own practices. Because this demonstration site processes forms only in your browser, no record is stored on our servers until a production integration is added. Even so, we describe the data we ask you to type so you understand the intended production use.
We may ask for your name, email address, vehicle year, make, model, mileage, plan interest, message content, and review comments. Subscribe and unsubscribe pages collect an email address so we can add or remove that address from announcements. You may also attach descriptions of a mechanical concern. When this site is served from a live host, the hosting environment may log technical data such as browser type, language, referring URL, pages viewed, approximate region derived from IP address, and date-time of requests. We use that information to keep the site secure, understand which coverage pages are helpful, and diagnose errors. We do not use the site to collect precise geolocation from your device.

If analytics are added later, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are rotated on the host’s standard schedule. When information is no longer required we delete or irreversibly anonymize it.
We use HTTPS where the host provides it, limit employee access to inquiry mailboxes, and ask shops not to email full payment card numbers. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. You should also keep your own mailbox protected because our replies will contain vehicle details you sent us.
The site may be viewed from many places. If you submit a form, you understand that your information may be processed in the country where our mail and administration tools operate. We do not market this website as being limited to any single country, and we do not collect residency documents through these pages.
Vehicle warranty products are intended for adults who own or are buying a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted a form, email us and we will delete the message from our mailbox.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for marketing. Use the unsubscribe page to stop newsletters. For other requests, email support@stevegermainautomotive.com from the address you used on the form so we can match the file.
